RETURN POLICY
Hydro-Spray Wash Systems (HSWS) accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Return authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back, and items must be unused, in original packaging, with the packing slip enclosed and the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the box.
Restocking Fees & Credits
A 20% restocking fee applies to most returns, except when HSWS shipped the wrong item or for qualified warranty items.
Credits are generally issued for
original invoice charges. If HSWS sent an incorrect item, HSWS will credit
UPS Ground shipping only; otherwise,
return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and
credit is not issued until shipping is paid.
RMA Timing & Return Requirements
- RMAs are valid for 10 days. If expired, a new RMA must be issued.
- Shortages or lost/damaged shipments must be reported within five (5) working days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items & Special Conditions
- No returns are accepted on special orders, electronic parts, or custom assemblies/parts.
- Electrical items that have been opened are not eligible for credit unless defective.
- Contract packages are sold as a complete unit—items not used from a package are not returnable.
Warranty Returns
Warranty items must include an original invoice copy and the reason for warranty consideration. Credit is issued only after HSWS or the supplier confirms the part qualifies (including technician confirmation where applicable).
